Lead Strategic Impact in Aerospace Innovation — Now Hiring a Project Management Specialist

Location: Ogden, UT
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 1st Shift (4/10 schedule)
Contract Duration: Full-Time, Contract (Duration: Months)
Pay Rate: $55.87 to $70.09 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support mission-critical aerospace programs at Hill Air Force Base’s Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF), contributing directly to the success of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Program. In this pivotal role, you’ll combine leadership, technical problem-solving, and systems management to ensure secure and efficient IT infrastructure operations in both classified and unclassified environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead installation, configuration, and operational support for Windows-based systems and hardware.

• Collaborate across disciplines to assess computing requirements and design tailored solutions.

• Manage system architecture, applications, and computing environments for optimal performance.

• Plan software and hardware releases, ensuring alignment with project and architectural goals.

• Restore computing services and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Integrate advanced security protocols into system environments.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Active CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570.01-compliant certification)

• 5+ years working with Windows Server and Desktop OS (2016–2022, Win 10/11)

• Proven experience in system design, implementation, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field

• 3+ years with Cisco switches and networking

• Expertise in Active Directory (5+ years)

• PowerShell scripting for automation and integration

• VMware server creation and management

• Familiarity with advanced security tools (e.g., McAfee, Splunk, HBSS)

• Experience integrating system security solutions in compliance-heavy environments
