Inventory Experts Wanted: Keep Aerospace Operations Running at Full Speed

Location: Lenexa, KS 66219
Schedule: Mon–Thurs (4x10s Day Shift, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) + 1 Second Shift
Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00/hr
Job Type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract Role (Potential for Extension or Conversion)

Join PDS Tech Commercial, a leading force in aerospace staffing, where precision and performance drive everything we do. As a Cycle Counter, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of inventory systems—critical to keeping aerospace operations running smoothly and safely.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.  

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately count and verify inventory quantities and item conditions.

• Perform regular cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy using barcodes and computerized systems.

• Execute inventory transactions in software platforms and maintain clean, organized records.

• Support shipping, receiving, and order picking activities as needed.

• Identify and report discrepancies or inventory issues.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of cycle counting experience.

• Shipping and receiving experience.

• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer/data entry skills.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• HS Diploma or GED (or 4+ years relevant experience in lieu of diploma).

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and consistent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with kitting/picking.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
