Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering team members throughout all stages of product development, from requirements definition to system architecture development, design, integration, and verification.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in the systems engineering process, including requirements analysis, verification, and validation testing.
Expertise in DO-178 and DO-254 certification standards.
In-depth understanding of Hardware Accomplishment Summary (HAS), Plan for Hardware Aspects of Certification (PHAC), and Stages of Involvement (SOI) for both DO-254 and DO-178.
Experience with Sensors, Guidance, and Navigation systems.
Proficiency with Requirements and Configuration Management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Collaborator.
