JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly and Installation) - Level 2
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $58.40/hour

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
Contribute to IPT efforts, integrating technical solutions and supporting design development.
Maintain program architecture for assembly and assist in manufacturing plan execution.
Resolve technical issues and support the adoption of Lean principles and new engineering technologies.
Collaborate with suppliers, IPTs, and internal teams to improve products and processes.
Non-managerial, non-leadership role
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
3+ years of experience in assembly, production processes, and manufacturing (composites, structures) Ability to read and interpret old 2D drawings
Familiarity with aerospace parts/products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 3D modeling software
Ability to obtain customer access approval (subject to background checks)
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Experience with GoldEsp, IVT, and CATIA
Experience with out-of-production aircraft sustainment
