Summary:
We are seeking a CNC Mill-Turn Machinist/Programmer to join our facility in Chino, CA (Los Angeles area).
Responsibilities:
Responsible for programming and setting up the lathe and multi-axis mill-turn CNC machines (programming and setting up Haas milling machines a plus). Using CAM/CAD software to create models and CNC programs (Esprit preferred) Complete setup and machining operations from blueprints, drawings, and/or verbal instructions. Perform all types of drilling, tapping, and lathing operations. Able to create complex, tight tolerance parts, from various materials. Use inspection equipment and visual methods to monitor the conformance of products to customer requirements and internal inspection standards. Report all non-conformances to the team lead. Must be able to perform a basic inspection of the First Article
Desired Skills:
High school diploma or equivalency certificate. 5+ years of experience setting up and programming lathe and mill CNC multi-axis machines.
