Mechanical Design Engineer

Description:
TriMech is hiring Mechanical Engineers to support its ongoing military and defense-related projects. You will provide design engineering support for new and existing products manufactured or prototyped onsite.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide modeling support utilizing SolidWorks CAD Software
Develop new designs or edit/modify existing designs via 3D CAD (SolidWorks)
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams on the required design requirements and support the production of prototyped systems on-site
Provide Mechanical Engineering support to include Design, Drafting, and Simulation tasks
Research, develop, specify, and test material, methods, and/or processes that enhance product quality, serviceability, and profit
Prove engineering program/project support to both internal and external customers
Required Experience
4-5 years of engineering design experience
Experience designing in a prototype or new product development environment
Strong 3D CAD Modeling experience
Experience creating 2D Drawings and/or technical data packages
Must be US Citizen or Naturalized Citizen
Completed Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc.
