Description:
DCAS (Display and Crew Alerting System) Design Expert - Avionics - China. Fixed term contract basis.


Our Aerospace Client in China requires additional support for their current and future programs. They desire an Engineer or Specialist with strong experience In Avionics relating to DCAS on Civil Passenger Aircraft. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client and to significantly contribute towards the success of their existing and new aircraft programs.


Required Experience and Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of 10 years technical experience with civil aircraft/avionics development diagrams.
  • Bachelors degree in aerospace, electronic or computer engineering.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards?ARP-4754A, AC25-11B, DO-160, DO-178B, DO-254).
  • Familiar with ISOGraph, RAM Commander,Relex etc. safety analysis tools.
  • Good command of English.


Job Description:
  • Provide technical direction on DCAS Architecture and RMST (Reliability, maintainability, Safety and testability) design.
  • Provide technical direction on Certification activities planning for display system, flight crew alerting system, flight vision system. Establish test environment and coordinate with authorities.
  • Participation requirements definition and system integration.
  • Participation and monitor the whole life cycle of DCAS supplier and product.

Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China full time  on a fixed term contract basis - duration 1-3 years. Applicants are asked to highlight their relevant experience upon application.
