Project Manager/Controller

Description:
A Project Manager/Controller job in Austin, TX is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress of projects. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, business, or a related field of study, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Project Manager/Controller Job duties:

* Create and maintain project schedules throughout project lifecycles.
* Report performance internally and to the customer, including by making use of advanced tools such as EVMS.
* Develop budgets and lead project teams to achieve financial objectives.
* Develop and manage risk registers for projects, including project risks, costs, and mitigations.
* Identify appropriate labor and non-labor resource demand.

Qualifications:

* ERP system experience with an understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
* Three to five years of experience designing and developing silicone and/or plastic products from concept through production. Medical Device experience required.
* Experience running projects with Earned Value Management Systems reporting.
* Knowledge of government contracting regulations including DPAS, DFAR, and FARS.
