Our Aerospace Client in China requires additional support for their current and future programs. They require an Scientist for Aircraft Design and Research activity - New Energy - New Materials - New Technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client and to significantly contribute towards the success of their existing and new aircraft programs.


Required Experience and Qualifications:
 
  • Have  high-level scientific and technological innovation ability and team leadership ability, be good at grasping the global trend of science and technology, and be able to lead the team to seize strategic opportunities and form a competitive advantage.
  • Having first-class academic achievements and influence in the field; or mastering advanced, key and core technologies.
  • Good experience in leading the team to carry out innovative activities and excellent academic exchange ability.
  • Doctorate Degree or High Level Degree and relevant experience.
  • Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Job Description:
 
  • Organize the formulation of business development plan, formulate and implement annual goals and strategies, and grasp the overall direction and business realization.
  • Grasp the research direction of business sector, track the international and domestic frontier, and promote the development of business sector construction.
     
  • According to the business development needs of corresponding sectors, the organization and construction of core business architecture, major project technology selection and new technology research work, and the formulation and implementation of major business technology decisions, solutions and major iterations.
  • Team management, team building, incentive, training, improve the overall technical ability, improve the R & D specifications, processes, management system.

Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China full time  on a fixed term contract basis - duration 1-3 years. Applicants are asked to highlight
