Manufacturing Engineer II - 4 Openings
US CITIZENSHIP IS A MUST
Must-have:
• Bachelor's of Science degree in related discipline and 3 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools

Location – Louisville, CO
Rate - $35-40/hr.
Must have one of the following:

Thermal protection systems- This will be working to support bonding on thermal tiles on an aircraft. Need folks with bonding and surface preparation background and experience with work instructions

Propulsion- We need folks with experience with orbital welding of tubing. This could be out of medical or another field. Anyone with Bi-metallic welding experience would be highly desirable. Experience with work instructions is also desirable.

Ground support equipment- Looking for folks with experience with crane lift operations or design of lifting fixtures. Experience with work instructions is also desirable.

Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity in applying and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
• Knowledge industry standard design principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, material hardware selection, manufacturing and production processes
• Familiarity with work instruction/traveler development
• Participation in dispositions of Non-Conformance generation through a Material Review Board (MRB)
• Experience with new product introduction and transition to production
• Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems
