JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer
LOCATION: Liverpool, NY
PAY RATE: $40/hour

Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Schedule: Mon Thu 1:30 PM 10:30 PM, Fri 1:30 PM 5:30 PM (4-9-4 schedule)

Summary:
Support manufacturing operations by designing and optimizing processes, procedures, and layouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
Design manufacturing processes and production layouts
Develop procedures for fabrication, equipment setup, and material handling
Evaluate and improve machinery, tools, and equipment performance
Provide input on product design for manufacturability
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Collaborate with engineering and production teams
Incorporate inspection/test requirements into plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience (internships acceptable)
Self-starter with strong teamwork skills
Note: Candidates with Aerospace degrees will NOT be considered
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
2 3 years of industrial/manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing or Green Belt knowledge
