JOB TITLE: Machinist - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Archbald, PA
PAY RATE: $23.75/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Summary:
Operate conventional, CNC, and sheet metal machines to machine, fabricate, or assemble parts according to print and operation sheet specifications.
Utilize tools such as saws, riveters, fasteners, presses, spot welders, and hand tools like grinders and Helicoil installation tools.
Perform secondary operations like deburring and straightening during machine cycles.
Support general shop tasks including grinding, sanding, straightening parts, washing components, assisting with paint prep, and sand/shot blasting.
Inspect parts using standard measuring tools to ensure conformity to specifications.
Requirements:
Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience.
Ability to read and interpret operation sheets and blueprints.
Familiarity with differentiating thread sizes, including coarse, fine, metric, and standard threads.
Experience with stock cutting saws and large Proceco wash stations.
Proficient in burr bench work.
High School Diploma or equivalent (no degree required).
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
