Electrical Engineer

Description:
The Electrical Engineer will provide hands-on engineering support. You will oversee product development cycles from start to release to production. The products range from 3KW to 60KW smart generators, multiple trailer chassis/systems, Rigid Wall Systems, Water Treatment, and other power management controls/distribution boxes throughout the Expeditionary Sector enterprise.
Electrical Engineer Job Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner
Completion of activity on time and budget while meeting the applicable technical requirements
Develop electrical layouts based on specifications/requirements
Complies with the engineering playbook and works to optimize its content
Drives best practices and lessons learned
Proactively drives leadership-sponsored initiatives
Makes commitments and keeps them.
Drives the compliance with design to cost, weight, and manufacture
Participates in technical reviews
Hands-on building, fitting, and testing prototypes
Supports, communicates, reinforces, and defends the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Adheres to all quality and safety standards
Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
Available for travel as required
Communicates clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel, the customer, and vendors as required
