Education and Experience Requirements:

Mechanical-Interior Design Engineer: Design responsibilities primarily involve engineering design of new and derivative versions of interior furnishings and amenities as part of outfitting new aircraft. Examples include custom cabinetry such as galleys, lavatories, closets, storage compartments, interior peripheries, water/waste systems, oxygen systems, electrical wire routing, lighting, PSU, cabin liners, ledges/dados, entertainment equipment installations, and seating installations. Must work with little supervision and be a willing team member that will perform work accurately combining sound experience with a common-sense approach. Unique Skills:
Aircraft furniture avionics installs and plumbing installs. Basic computer and office suite experience.
Leads, supports, and assists the efforts of technicians performing avionics installations. Fabricates wire harnesses, installs, terminates, ring-out, and assists in functional test of avionics/electrical systems.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Provides work direction to technicians. Ensures completion of tasks within allotted time frame. Coordinates with and assists other departments to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft. Installs/modifies/fabricates wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment in accordance with blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings. Trains other team members in associated work assignments. Uses ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of employees and techniques. Completes work in innovative and effective ways . Assists Engineering in resolving problems and makes repairs per engineering direction. Maintains required. logs and records. Ensures that work accomplished meets applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications. . Enforces the company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program and all safety regulations. Checks all work, including other team members, to ensure a defect free assembly prior to final inspection.
Additional Functions:
1. Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned by Supervisor. . 2. Coordinate shift changes in team leaders absence. . 3. Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g YIAW, Kaizen events, etc.) . 4. Assists and fills in for team coordinator as required. .
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
Possess a working knowledge of the Gulfstream Policies and Procedures manual, Inspection Procedures manual, and pertinent Process Specifications. Possess the proven ability to move to new tasks with only a minimal, short-term impact to established goal hours and schedule. Strong written and verbal skills required. Computer keyboard skills necessary.

We are looking for someone who has experience in designing custom readout integrated circuits (ROICs) in state of the art image sensors. As ROIC Designer, you will help specify and design analog and digital integrated circuit designs for readout ICs.
Essential Functions:
The ROIC Designer will serve as technical expert and point of contact representing ROIC expertise across multiple integrated program teams. In this capacity, responsibilities will include capturing requirements in formal documentation, interfacing with sub-contract design vendors, and contributing to design reviews. You will provide technical input to the ROIC design team while directly contributing to the design effort.
As a key member on a growing team, you will be involved in all aspects of design including block-level design and simulation, chip-level architecture and verification, layout and physical verification, and silicon validation and characterization. The ideal candidate will have ROIC-specific design experience and a demonstrated willingness to mentor other engineers.

Position Purpose:
Leads, supports, and assists the efforts of technicians performing avionics installations. Fabricates wire harnesses, installs, terminates, ring-out, and assists in functional test of avionics/electrical systems.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Provides work direction to technicians. Ensures completion of tasks within allotted time frame. Coordinates with and assists other departments to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft. Installs/modifies/fabricates wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment in accordance with blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings. Trains other team members in associated work assignments. Uses ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of employees and techniques. Completes work in innovative and effective ways . Assists Engineering in resolving problems and makes repairs per engineering direction. Maintains required. logs and records. Ensures that work accomplished meets applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications. . Enforces the company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program and all safety regulations. Checks all work, including other team members, to ensure a defect free assembly prior to final inspection.
Additional Functions: 1. Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned by Supervisor. . 2. Coordinate shift changes in team leaders absence. . 3. Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g YIAW, Kaizen events, etc.) . 4. Assists and fills in for team coordinator as required. .

Work with hiring managers to accurately define position duties and requirements, developing clear job descriptions and effective job postings. Identify likely ways to effectively source candidates for difficult to fill positions.
Aggressively recruit well-qualified applicants from a variety of sources including cold calling, sourcing from various Job Boards, User Groups, networking, electronic advertising and occasional career fairs. Assist hiring managers to identify and implement effective pre-screening techniques for each position. As appropriate, coordinate phone interviews, testing, practical assessments, on-site interviews and any required travel.
Conduct in-depth telephone assessments of candidates using comprehensive behavioural interviewing and work history reviews
Lead interviewer debrief sessions and provide recommendations on hiring.
Sell the company's value proposition to candidates and successfully negotiate offers and relocation packages.
Support relocation, on-boarding and post-hire follow-up for new hires, including developing effective resources and materials.
Identify, initiate and/or participate in various efforts to continuously improve the staffing life cycle.
Participate in recruitment strategy sessions to discuss best practices in sourcing, recruiting tools, market trends and improve workflow efficiency.
Generate recruitment activity reports and drive regular status meetings with hiring teams.
A minimum of 2 years of heavy recruiting experience, ideally in aerospace, a start-up organization or a highly unique cultural environment.
Possess an established track record of developing strong relationships with potential employees.
Able to accurately vet technical resumes and conduct in depth technical interviews.
Experience at providing consultative recommendations and influencing hiring teams.
Fearless networker and cold caller with an understanding of how to build and track candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective communication in formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers and candidates.
Excellent negotiator with a confidence-inspiring manner, and a keen sense of determination and urgency. Have a strong customer focus when dealing with both hiring managers and candidates.
