Sr. Transportation Engineer

Description:
Direct Hire! Senior Engineer (Transportation) to join a leading Company located in the West Palm Beach, FL surrounding area.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer in our West Palm Beach, FL office (hybrid).

Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed design phases of engineering projects
• Obtain, negotiate, and deliver projects successfully in the public-sector transportation market
• Manage and take responsibility for technical work content produced by co-workers
• Prepare proposals and reports
• Develop presentations to prospective clients and project stakeholders, including responding to questions from internal and external audiences
• Facilitate collaborative teams, including informal mentorship of junior-level staff

Basic Hiring Criteria:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of technical experience in transportation design
• Professional Engineering license required

Desired Qualifications:
• FDOT experience preferred
