System Administrator

Description:
Skills and Qualifications Required
For Level I System Administrator,
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Some prior proven experience in a similar role working with the following systems
Windows Desktop Operating Systems
Productivity Software (MS Office/M365)
Active Directory User Account Administration
Client Networking
Be familiar with at least one of the following
Apple Operating Systems
MDM - Cellular Solutions
Helpdesk Operations
Some prior experience in basic troubleshooting of typical end user system problems
Be able to work well as part of a team but also unsupervised
For Level II System Administrator we are looking for the following in addition to those required for a Level I System Administrator (see above)
Have prior proven experience with and be knowledgeable of
Network switching and wifi
Windows OS - Server and Desktop
Active Directory
Desktop and Laptop hardware
Have prior experience in at least one of the following
Mail Systems/M365
Server monitoring
Scripting/PowerShell
A virtualization platform (e.g. Hyper-V, VMware, Xen)
Linux Administration
Must be Clearable
