Project Manager III

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Manager III for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Establish and Lead a multidisciplinary team, potentially in globally distributed locations, in the remediation of Cardiology MDR products.
o Collaborate with cross-functional team members to create and execute Project Plans in accordance with MDR standards to address identified gaps.
o Assign tasks, responsibilities, and accountability to team members to achieve Project and Product goals.
o Responsible for achieving product MDR gap closure by supporting, reviewing, approving documents.
o Manage labor, expense, and capital expenditures to multi-million dollar project budgets.
o Monitor Project and Product status and commitments and ensure appropriate Change Management techniques are utilized to assess and address identified variances.
o Perform holistic assessments of change requests
o Conduct Reviews and routinely interact with Senior Management and other stakeholders to communicate project status per the established Project Communications Plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
o Demonstrated Project Management skills including project scheduling, resource allocation and management, risk management, project finances, and partner / contract management.
o Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve challenging goals.
o Strong interpersonal skills with ability to promote team interaction and execution
o Strong business acumen
o Strong written and oral communication skills.
o Effective computer skills (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
o 2-4 years of experience

o Applied knowledge of FDA and international medical device regulations or experience with other highly regulated industry.
o Project Management certification (PMP) preferred

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; with experience in at least one of electronics, optics, injection molded plastics, software, requirements definition, or testing preferred.
