    Our Aerospace Client based in China is looking for additional Engineering Support . They require an Electromagnetic Environment Effects (E3) Protection Engineer for Design and Verification.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work in East Asia , contributing to the success of our Client's Aircraft Program. Excellent salary / remuneration for suitable skilled and qualified candidates.

    Candidates should be prepared to live and work in Shanghai on a fixed term contract basis for 1-3 years.


    Responsibilities:

    • Instruct team members on the review of documents about equipment/system level Indirect Effects of Lightning(IEL)/High Intensity Radiated Fields(HIRF)/EMC compliance verification.
    • Instruct the documentation and verification of system level IEL/HIRF tests.
    • Lead the team to conduct troubleshooting of electromagnetic interference onboard.
    • Instruct aircraft level lighting/HIRF/EMC test verification.
    • Compile aircraft level E3 design requirements.
    • Instruct aircraft level EMC/HIRF/IEL simulation and calculation.
    • Establish aircraft level E3 design and verification procedure.

    Skills/ Qualifications / Experience Sought:
     
    • 10+ years' experience in E3 protection design and verification of aviation field and rich experience in type certification.
    • Experience in system level lightning and HIRF verification.
    • Experience in aircraft level E3 design requirement; intensive study in aircraft electromagnetic protection technique.
    • Experience in electromagnetic protection for composite fuselage.
    • Education background in EMC, electromagnetic field and microwave, electronic engineering or other relevant subjects.
    • Familiar with relevant design method and procedure of electromagnetic protection for composite material aircraft. Participated in electromagnetic protection design of relevant type. Civil aircraft project is preferred.
    • Familiar with airworthiness regulations of E3 for civil aircraft. Full participation in the type certification credit procedure desired.
    • Master EM simulation and have experience of aviation program are preferred.
    • Good communication and written skills in English.

    Inconen is looking for a Tooling Inspector Sr. for our client, a well-known Aerospace Company, in Savannah, GA.

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    High school diploma/GED. Valid Driver’s License required. Must be proficient in blueprint reading/interpretation, shop math, and quality control manual as required. Eight (8) years technically related experience to include at least six (6) years related inspection experience.

Creates Model Base inspection processes using CATIA model-based tool designs that can be used for both fabrication and rework of tools by the tool shop personnel. 4. Analyzes data using Metrologic inspection software and create electronic quality folders in SmarTeam to store inspection data for all model-based tooling. 5. Promotes and maintains quality standards and processes. 6. Works with tooling suppliers to ensure the inspection data is correct and in the proper format on all incoming tools. 7.     Update, maintain, and sustain avionics and RF engineering drawings
    Update, maintain, and sustain aircraft subcomponent inventory
    Design, update and troubleshoot EMI/EMC to minimize noise in the system
    Develop wire harness design, fabrication drawings, electronics prototyping, soldering, analog and digital circuitry, high speed and low speed CAN

    Communication protocols for narrowband and Spread spectrum (Direct sequence and or frequency hop cellular radios)
    EO/IR sensor devices /subsystems

    High degree of comfort with using hardware and software test tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, Spectrum analyzers, Multimeters, RF power meters, vector scopes, antennae pattern analysis)
    Coordinates manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and design requirements
    Inspects completed installations and observes operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational & safety standards
    Troubleshoots complex systems such as avionics, embedded systems, and Radio Frequency (RF) links, supporting Flight Test operations
