Summary:
Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities while ensuring compliance with established software standards.
Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that provides logical and mathematical solutions to business or mission-related problems.
Apply appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle.
Utilize knowledge of computer hardware, software, and information processing techniques to develop efficient, user-driven solutions.
Identify and correct program errors to maintain software quality and performance.
Prepare operating instructions and compile thorough documentation for developed software.
Analyze system capabilities to address questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
Requirements:
Must be eligible for a Secret clearance
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports
Minimum 2+ years of experience applying Oracle software development best practices and optimization
Proficiency with Agile software methodologies and tools
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c, including PL/SQL development (packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes)
Experience with JavaScript
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
