Aircraft Fuel Tank Safety Specialist - China.


Our Aerospace Client in China requires additional support for their current and future programs. They desire an Engineer or Specialist with strong experience In Aircraft Fuel Tank Safety, explosion prevention.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client and to significantly contribute towards the success of their existing and new aircraft programs.


Required Experience and Qualifications:
 
  • More than 5 years working experience in civil aircraft fuel system or fuel tank explosion protection field. Working experience in aircraft design companies.
  • Proficient in fuel tank ignition source protection technology.
  • Proficient in flammability analysis algorithm and inerting system performance calculation.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Degree qualified or Doctorate.
.Role and Duties:
 
  • Proficient in fuel tank system ignition source protection, especially proficient in composite material fuel tank system lightning ignition source protection design, analysis and verification.
  • Proficient in fuel tank inerting system development requirements, development process and main design indicators, leading the team to improve inerting system integration design ability.
  • Fuel tank thermal analysis, fuel tank oxygen concentration analysis, quantitative analysis of fuel tank flammability related work.
  • Participate in the aircrafts fuel tank explosion proof airworthiness certification technical issues.
  • Participate in the aircraft project composite fuel tank system ignition source protection scheme design, lightning protection design analysis, other key technology research.
  • Participate in civil aircraft ignition source protection, inerting system technical specifications, technical indicators.

Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China full time  on a fixed term contract basis - duration 1-3 years. Applicants are asked to highlight their relevant experience upon application.
