Manufacturing Engineer

Description:
A Manufacturing / Quality Engineer job is currently available at Belcan in Rutland, VT. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have a strong & successful Manufacturing & Quality Engineering work history. You will be working onsite at our large aerospace manufacturing customer.
 
Manufacturing / Quality Engineer job duties:
* Support hardware production
* Identify production issues and recommend solutions to maintain production workflow
* Identify and recommend production cost reduction methods
* Identify, track and recommend solutions to quality issues throughout the production process

Qualifications:
* At least five years of Manufacturing & Quality Engineering experience, within aerospace and in a manufacturing/shop floor
environment
* Ability to read blue prints and routers, GD&T knowledge
* Braze / Heat Treat experience
* String understanding of MRB (material review), FAIs (first article), and quality procedures (AS9100 & ISO)
* Legal authorization to work in the US required

Desired but not required skills:
* Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Degree
