Facilities Technician- Job ID 55230

Description:
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Facilities Technician to join a leading Company located in the Redmond, WA area.

**US Citizenship is required.**

We are seeking a Facilities Technician in our Redmond, WA, location.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, or maintain a variety of machinery and shop equipment
Conduct general building and grounds maintenance
Install, repair, or maintain electrical and plumbing systems or equipment
Perform carpentry and painting tasks
Assist with moving and setting-up office spaces, meeting rooms, and special events
Conduct inspections and make recommendations to the supervisor on modifications to equipment
Report issues and out-of-control conditions to the supervisor/management
Evaluate and complete requests for repairs
Maintain records as required
Other duties as assigned

Basic Hiring Criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:
Forklift certification or experience
General trades or repair experience
