Electrical Engineer 3 - Chandler, AZ

Electromagnetic effects experience and familiarity with MIL STD 464, 461 required. Project managment experience required. United States citizenship is required. Active DoD Secret security clearance is strongly preferred; ability to obtain DoD security clearance is required.

Position entails system implementation of a development-level maturity, moderate complexity system-on-a-chip. Candidate will have experience with complex semiconductor designs from fabrication to qualification. Requires familiarity with foundry technologies, fabrication steps, die-fab to packaging and full range of tests up to and including QML Class V. for. Requires hand-on experience in evaluation of device functionality and preparing/implementing/troubleshooting test vectors to target specific device functionality with synchronous and asynchronous external events. Familiarity required with device targeted applications and integration with other devices from a objective functionality target. Desired familiarity technology nodes are> 100nm. Familiarity with on-shore fab locations and technology nodes is helpful.

Needs BSEE or BSEET with at least 6 years experience
MSEE+ 4 years preferred
Must have worked specifically in developing test vectors for CPU cores and LSI ASICS
