Program Manager

Description:
A Program Manager job in Lake Forest, CA is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of assign program within established objectives. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Program Manager Job duties:

* Oversees program lifecycle and manages all activities necessary to meet business goals and objectives.
* Develops detailed program plans; including budget, resource allocation and program communication.
* Manages the entire program process with P&L responsibility.
* Ensures customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
* Develops ROI analyses, opportunity business plans and product development road maps based on specific customer service requirements.

Qualifications:

* Strong background on project management methodology.
* Extensive knowledge and experience working with composites for the aerospace industry.
* Possess a strong technical background to understand and evaluate the technical specifications, requirements and capabilities associated with the program.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication, presentation and facilitator skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization exercising sensitivity to the audience.
