Integrated  Hydraulic Design - Aircraft Hydraulics - China.


Our Aerospace Client in China requires additional support for their current and future programs. They desire an Engineer or Specialist with strong experience In Integrated Aircraft Hydraulics Design.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client and to significantly contribute towards the success of their existing and new aircraft programs.


Required Experience and Qualifications:
 
  • Experience in designing mechanical products and components, including bolt, hinge, door mechanism, lock, valve, pump and actuators.
  • Working experience in international well-known Hydraulics Companies, institutions or universities, doctoral degree is preferred.
  • Preferred working experience in civil aircraft OEM or related mainstream suppliers.
  • Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
   Role and Duties:
 
  • Coordinate with overall aerodynamics, performance stability, structure, flight crew control, pilot, electrical system, system strength, customer service, airline customer, manufacturing, airline operation, supplier management and aircraft safety and other related teams to develop world-class competitive mechanical and hydraulic system products.
  • Develop and confirm requirements and interface definitions.
  • Carry out detailed design of new products.
  • Conduct a variety of comprehensive analysis / simulation, using CAD system tools (e.g CATIA V5) and mathematical modelling tools (such as Simulink MATLAB and EASY5).
  • Verify the design and performance through product level, system level and aircraft level tests.
  • Participate in design review and supplier communication management.
  • Participate in airworthiness activities related to client products.
Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China full time  on a fixed term contract basis - duration 1-3 years. Applicants are asked to highlight their relevant experience upon application.
