Transmissions Design Engineer. Experience in Rotary Aircraft Dynamic Component Design, performing design and analysis in one of the following areas: gears, driveshafts, housings, bearings, and/or lubrication systems. Transmissions Design Engineer will be responsible for innovative gearbox sub-system and component level designs through all levels of the new product lifecycle. This includes creating and checking conceptual layouts, performing preliminary sizing/analysis, and detailed design tolerancing/stack-ups.
Proficient with CAD modeling CATIA V5, or CATIA V6 3DX, drafting, and GD&T practices.
