Electronics Packaging Engineer who will be responsible for electronics packaging development including mechanical design, stress and thermal analysis, and electronics and mechanical CAD (drawing development and release) as well as testing in Lab and in production .

As an Electronics Packaging Engineer within our Electronics Packaging department you will have responsibilities for electronics packaging development including mechanical design, stress and thermal analysis, and electronics and mechanical CAD (drawing development and release).

You will need to have experience with ~
*full product life cycle for mechanical aspects of electronics design, including circuit card/printed circuit board design considerations.
*Desired design experience and background involving radio frequency (RF), electronic steerable arrays (ESAs), and/or antenna elements.
*Knowledge of the definition, interpretation, and implementation of design requirements, coordination and execution of hardware designs, development and integration of hardware for both custom and procured electronic assemblies in accordance with all Space engineering process specifications.
*You will be expected to attend Design Reviews and provide technical feedback.
