Manufacturing Engineer

Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to train and develop shop floor personnel in manufacturing and assembly processes. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with J-STD, IPC-610, and IPC-620 standards through hands-on and classroom training in soldering, ESD handling, crimping, and cable assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for shop floor personnel.
Create and maintain training materials (manuals, guides, visual aids).
Conduct formal and on-the-job training sessions.
Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to address skill gaps.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Experience in manufacturing engineering and workforce training.
Strong knowledge of J-STD, IPC-610, IPC-620, and related processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
