JOB TITLE: Assembler - Circuit JSTD
LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL

PAY RATE: Up to $24/hour

We are a national staffing firm partnering with top-tier aerospace companies, and we are seeking first-class employees to join our clients' teams!

Job Details:

    Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

    Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)

Qualifying Questions:

    Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

    Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

    Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

    Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of electronic/mechanical components (modules, boards, panels, cables, etc.).

    Work from diagrams and drawings, using hand/power tools, jigs, and saws.

    Inspect, modify, rework, and test prototype assemblies.

    Conduct continuity checks and quality inspections per specifications.

    Use a microscope to verify part placement, align components, and perform post re-flow touch-ups.

    Identify and correct solder defects (cold joints, voids, shorts, misalignment, etc.).

Requirements:

    3+ years of SMT soldering experience (surface mount, fine pitch).

    Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

    Proficiency in reading assembly drawings and blueprints.

    Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD standards.

    Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

    Basic computer proficiency for Windows-based programs.

    Ability to sit for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime.

    Experience with circuit cards and PCB assembly.

    Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
