Level 3 - Stock/Equity Programs Administrator

Currently seeking a Stock/Equity Programs Administrator to join our Compensation Operations and Incentives team.
This role can be based in either Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Mesa, AZ; St. Louis, MO; Washington, DC; Arlington, VA or Washington (Seattle, Renton Everett)

Position Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day Administration of the company's equity plans which includes stock options, restricted stock units and performance based restricted stock units
Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Compensation, Payroll, Legal, Finance and Tax to develop processes which ensure the accuracy of all equity data including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation and auditing
Reconcile and support grant, exercise and releases, termination and cancellation activity to ensure plan compliance and accurate financial reporting related to equity compensation matters
Communicate with equity plan participants regarding the equity programs, resolving questions, issues and concerns related to vesting, transactions, enrollment, and other general inquiries Prepare monthly share reconciliation
Partner with payroll and accounts payable to support accurate tax administration including quarterly/year end processes and audits
Assist with other compensation related projects, special incentive plans and other special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of stock administration at a global company
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with equity taxation and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 1 years of experience with Workday HR Management System
Ability to lead and work with different departments in connection with equity administration
Advanced analytical skills 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
CEP level 1 certification preferred but not required
Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
Position is fully remote however, candidate must be near a work location and can be required to go onsite per their manager. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
