Systems Engineer

Description:
The HCM (Human Capital Management) Integrations team is looking for an experienced System Engineer (SE) to support our team with requirements translation and documentation. This position will be responsible for creating interface control documents for the business. This includes leveraging requirements and working back with subject matter experts and functional POCs to define the who/what/when/where/how that needs to be answered, ultimately creating end-user documentation to be consumed by internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience creating technical documentation for integrations between systems, breaking down technical content into easy to digest details.

Required skills:

-Full software lifecycle system engineering experience.
-Java, C#, Python
-Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience.
-Experience in and working and planning in an Agile environment and tools.
-Ability to work on multiple projects while effectively managing your time.
-Effective communications skills (verbal and written).
-Ability to collaborate across business and IT.
-Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others.
