Job Description Our client is currently seeking a skilled Chemical Milling Operator to carry out various tasks in our busy production facility on our Chemical Milling Line. The ideal candidate will have some production experience with chemicals and excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing various parts for chemical milling, optimizing racks and adhering to the required specifications. He/she will also have great attention to detail and an ability to multitask as required. Training will take place on first shift and this is a first shift position. We seek a diligent, dedicated and meticulous person who will help to further our success. Work Experience /Job Requirements Follow the production schedule set by the workcenter lead and the production manager Adhere to production processes as determined by quality and engineering Participate in setups and cleanups as directed by the workcenter lead Work overtime and/or Saturdays as necessary based on the production schedule Complete preventative maintenance as required Read, understand, and fill out all required paperwork and computer forms Education and other Requirements High school diploma/GED required 2+ years' experience working in a production/manufacturing environment Strong work ethic and organizational skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment Working with chemicals in a production environment preferred Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Reliable mode of transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay is $21/hr - $25/hr COVID-19 considerations: Must be able to wear mask & eye protection Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: MASK & EYE PROTECTION Company benefits include: Medical Dental Aflac Life insurance 401K 9 Holidays PTO earned 2 weeks The Structures Company is a national staffing firm specializing in contract, contract to hire and direct hire placement opportunities.
