Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc., Monroeville, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $140,225,056 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-19-C-2112 for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Components. Work will be performed in Monroeville, Pennsylvania (91%); and The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

M1 Support Services, Denton, Texas, has been awarded an $83,365,717 firm-fixed-price contract modification (P00030) to contract FA489021C0002 for aircraft maintenance services at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The contract modification is for the exercise of Option Two under the basic contract for an additional year of services. Work will be performed at Nellis AFB, and is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2023. Total cumulative face value of the contract is $234,364,932. Acquisition Management and Integration Center, Langley AFB, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Knowledge Based Systems Inc., College Station, Texas, was awarded a  $49,950,000 single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders for research and development. This contract provides for primary research of the Avionics Systems Susceptibility and Risk Analysis Toolkit ability to develop model-based cybersecurity and resiliency analysis capability, and the integration of cybersecurity models in a digital engineering ecosystem. Work will be performed in College Station, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2029. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Space,  Littleton, Colorado, is awarded a $260,800,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee unpriced letter contract modification (PH0013) to a previously awarded unpriced letter contract (N00030-22-C-1025) to provide program management, engineering development, systems integration, long lead material, and special tooling and equipment in support of missile production. Work will be performed in Denver, Colorado (46.5%); Sunnyvale, California (15.5%); Magna, Utah (15.3%); East Aurora, New York (3.5%); Pittsfield, Massachusetts (2.3%); Madison, Alabama (2.1%); Simsbury, Connecticut (1.8%); Huntsville, Alabama (1.7%); Andover, Maryland (1.3%); Baltimore, Maryland (1.3%); North Tonawanda, New York (1.2%); Commerce, California (1.2%); Delmar, Delaware (1.1%); and various other locations (less than 1.0% each, 5.2% total). Work is expected to be completed on Nov. 9, 2026 once the contract is definitized. Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $464,399,742 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract action for Battlefield Airborne Communications Node E-11A (BACN E-11A) platform maintenance and main operating base contractor logistics support establishment. This task order provides for operations and sustainment of the BACN E-11A platform subsystems and ancillary equipment to continue effective flight operations to include the continental U.S. and outside the continental U.S. locations, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and supply requirements for the E-11A aircraft and associated support equipment. In addition, this acquisition will establish a main operating base at an Air Force base in the continental U.S. for the BACN E-11A fleet to support training and deployed operations. Work is expected to be completed by Jan. 23, 2028. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.

Georgia Tech Applied Research Corp.,  Atlanta, Georgia, was awarded a $1,600,000,000 modification (P00011) to contract W31P4Q-18-D-0002 for research, engineering, science and technology, analysis, test and fundamental technology research for state-of-the-art systems, operations, hardware and software, and associated technology creation and transition efforts. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 17, 2028. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Bell Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo, Texas, is awarded a $23,397,661 cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort modification (P00012) to an order (N0001921F0008) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001917G0002). This modification exercises options to provide continued flight test support for the V-22 aircraft in support of the Navy, Air Force, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland (70%); Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (15%); Fort Worth, Texas (10%); and Hurlburt Field, Florida (5%), and is expected to be completed in January 2024. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.,  McLean, Virginia (HR0011-18-D-0001); Centra Technology Inc.,  Arlington, Virginia (HR0011-18-D-0002); Avantus Federal/E3 Federal Solutions LLC,  McLean, Virginia (HR0011-18-D-0003); ECS Federal, Fairfax, Virginia (HR0011-18-D-0004); ManTech SRS Technologies Inc.,  Herndon, Virginia (HR0011-18-D-0005); Schafer Corp.,  Arlington, Virginia (HR0011-18-D-0006); and Strategic Analysis Inc.,  Arlington, Virginia (HR0011-18-D-0007), were awarded modifications with a combined $183,000,000 ceiling increase for technical and analytical support services. The modifications with cost-reimbursable, fixed-price and labor-hour task orders provide a range of high-level advisory and assistance services to all Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency technical and support offices, and increase the multiple award contract from $850,000,000 to a maximum amount of $1,033,000,000. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, with an expected completion date of August 2023. Task orders can extend the contract an additional five years until August 2028. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity for each contract.
