Raytheon Co. Missile Systems , Tucson, Arizona, has been awarded a $375,000,000  contract for a miniature self-defense missile.  The contract provides for the research and development of a flight-test ready missile.  Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona.  Air Force Research Laboratory, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.
Lockheed Martin Corp ., Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $702,881,910 contract modification for procurement of Hellfire missiles.  U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.  
The Boeing Co ., St. Louis, Missouri; General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc ., Poway, California; Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems, Inc ., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Northrop Grumman Systems Corp ., Palmdale, California, have each been awarded contracts with a shared ceiling of $400,000,000 for all subsequent competitively selected delivery orders in support of the Skyborg Vanguard Program.  Skyborg is an autonomous attritable aircraft capable of achieving a diverse set of missions to generate massed combat power delivering a future Air Force which can deter, blunt, and defeat peer adversaries.  The Skyborg prototyping, experimentation, and autonomy development contract will be used to deliver missionized prototypes in support of operational experimentation and develop the first Skyborg air platform with modular hardware and software payloads that will incorporate the Skyborg autonomy core system and enable manned/unmanned teaming.  Air Force Life Cycle Management, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
Accenture Federal Services, LLC , Arlington, Virginia, has been awarded an $89,615,577 contract action to sustain existing infrastructures and establish new cloud common infrastructure and services for Air Force enterprise resource planning: Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System, Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System, and maintenance, repair and overhaul initiative.  Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia; at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama; Randolph Air Force Base, Texas; and other locations as required.  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
SRC, Inc ., North Syracuse, New York, was awarded a $425,870,432 contract for development, production, deployment, and support of the Expeditionary-Low, Slow, Small Unmanned Aircraft System Integrated Defeat System (E-LIDS).  U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
AHI , Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $73,999,755 contract modification for 15 UH-72 D-2 production aircraft and options to procure three additional D-2 production aircraft, 18 jettisonable cockpit doors, 14 engine inlet barrier filters, and 14 environmental control units.  Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas.  U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
General Electric Aviation , Cincinnati, Ohio, has been awarded an estimated $259,403,817 contract modification for supplies related to airplane engine platform support.  This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $892,596,638 from $633,192,821.  Location of performance is Ohio.  Using customers are Air Force, Navy, and foreign military sales partner countries.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Virginia.
L3 Technologies, Inc ., Bristol, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a $64,232,376 contract for Telemetry Security Products (TSP) and ancillary services.  The contractor shall manufacture and deliver all TSP, National Security Agency (NSA) approved class one encryption products and NSA-approved encryption accessories, in accordance with individual delivery orders.  The contractor shall perform the following services in accordance with individual delivery orders, telecommunications electronics materials protected from emanating spurious transmissions test, electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference test, product upgrade/enhancement, repair and technical support as required.  Work will be performed in Bristol, Pennsylvania.  Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.
Ultra Electronics, Inc ., Montreal, Canada, is being awarded a $145,375,113 contract with options for the delivery of Amphibious Tactical Communications Systems (ATCS).  This contract includes a base period of approximately three years and an option period of approximately seven years which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value to an estimated $145,375,113.  Work will be performed in Montreal, Canada, at the contractor’s facility.  ATCS is a system that leverages the Ultra Orion X500 radio to provide line-of-sight shipboard systems in support of amphibious command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence requirements.  ATCS supports reliable, high-capacity terrestrial, ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore voice, data, and video communications.  The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
ARES Security , Vienna, Virginia; AT&T , Oakton, Virginia; Centauri , Chantilly, Virginia; Cogniac , San Jose, California; NanoVMs , San Francisco, California; Pacific Defense , El Segundo, California; SRC, Inc ., North Syracuse, New York; and Systematic , Centreville, Virginia, have been awarded $950,000,000 contracts to compete for future efforts associated with the maturation, demonstration, and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains, leveraging open systems design, modern software, and algorithm development in order to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). These contracts provide for the development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.  Air Force Life Cycle Management, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
