Northrop Grumman Systems Corp
., Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is being awarded a $123,526,724 contract
modification. This modification procures the necessary hardware, systems engineering,
technical support, analysis, and studies to integrate the Department of Navy
Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures system onto aircraft for the Navy,
Army, Air Force and the governments of Norway and New Zealand. Work will be
performed in Rolling Meadows, Illinois; Goleta, California; Carlsbad,
California; Longmont, Colorado; Boulder, Colorado; Blacksburg, Virginia;
Lewisburg, Tennessee; Apopka, Florida; and various locations within the
continental U.S. Weapon replaceable assemblies hardware procurements are as follows: 418 Advanced
Threat Warning (ATW) sensors, 272 High Capacity Cards (HCCs), 160 Personal
Computer Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) cards, 64 Guardian
Laser Transmitter Assemblies (GLTAs), 64 GLTA shipping containers, 53 -2103
signal, 48 Control Indicator Unit Replaceable (CIURs), 14 Smart Connector
Assemblies (SCAs), and six Multi-Role Electro-Optical End-to-End Test Sets
(MEONs) for the Navy; 156 HCCs, 138 ATW sensors, 23 CIURs, and 23 -2103 signal
for the Army; 64 PCMCIA cards, and 45 ATW sensors for the Air Force; six GLTAs,
six GLTA shipping containers, six SCAs, and four HCCs for the government of
Norway; and 30 Infrared Missile Warning Sensors, five GLTAs, five GLTA shipping
containers, five SCAs, three HCCs, two CIURs, and two MEONs for the government
of New Zealand. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting
activity.
General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp
., Groton, Connecticut, is being awarded a $60,594,296 contract to provide U.S.
Trident II Strategic Weapon System (SWS) ship alterations and United Kingdom
SWS ship alterations for Strategic Systems Program shipboard integration
installations. Work will be performed in Bremerton, Washington; Bangor, Washington; Groton,
Connecticut; Kings Bay, Georgia; Cape Canaveral, Florida; Norfolk, Virginia;
Washington DC; Faslane, Scotland; and Plymouth, England. Strategic Systems Programs, Washington DC, is the contracting activity.

., Redondo Beach, California, has been awarded a $2,375,000,000 contract modification for Next Generation Overhead Persistent
Infrared Polar Space Vehicles 1 and 2. This modification adds Phase One for
design and development, critical path flight hardware procurement, and risk
reduction efforts leading to a critical design review to the basic contract.
Work will be performed in Redondo Beach, California. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $2,419,295,532. Space and
Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the
contracting activity.
Lockheed Martin Corp
., Orlando, Florida, has been awarded a ceiling $485,000,000 contract for Department of Defense and foreign military sales Sniper, Infrared
Search and Track (IRST), and Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for
Night (LANTIRN) navigation pod (fixed wing) hardware production. This contract
provides the necessary resources required for the management, fabrication,
upgrade/retrofit, integration support and testing, and shipping of its
non-developmental item (NDI) Sniper Advanced Targeting Pods (ATP) System, NDI
LANTIRN Fixed Image Navigation Set upgrades, and the NDI IRST system as it
relates to the requirements document associated with each specific delivery
order placed under this contract. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida. This contract involves foreign military sales to Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria,
Canada, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Republic of Korea,
Kuwait, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Romania,
Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and others. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the
contracting activity
Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc
., McLean, Virginia, has been awarded an $800,000,000 task order contract to
deliver the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) artificial intelligence
(AI) enabled products to support warfighting operations and be instrumental in
embedding AI decision-making and analysis at all tiers of Department of Defense
operations. This is a General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant 2 government-wide
acquisition contract for AI products that will leverage the power of DoD data
to enable a transformational shift across the DoD that will give the U.S. a
definitive information advantage to prepare for future warfare operations.
Specific tasks of this order will encompass a wide mix of technical services
and products across the full spectrum of technical support to the JAIC Joint
Warfighter National Mission Initiative. This will include data labeling, data
management, data conditioning, AI product development, and the transition of AI
products into new and existing fielded programs and systems across the DoD. GSA Federal Systems Integration and Management Center, Washington DC, is the

PAE Aviation and Technical Services, LLC
, Arlington, Virginia, has been awarded a $157,990,274 contract for performance
of the Eglin backshop maintenance services contract. This contract provides for support for repair, maintenance and modification of
F-15, F-16, UH1N, C-130, and other required aircraft, including maintaining
support equipment and providing crash recovery services. Work will be performed at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. Air Force Test Center, Eglin AFB, Florida, is the contracting activity.
Palomar Display Products
, Carlsbad, California, was awarded an $89,237,780 contract for biocular image
control units, assorted spares, and engineering services and repairs. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the

Lockheed Martin Corp
., Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $497,301,405 contract modification for
Phased Array Tracking on Radar to Intercept Advanced Capability-3 missile
