Lockheed Martin Corp., Liverpool, New York, was awarded a $2,998,742,163 fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-no-fee contract for Sentinel A4 radar production and engineering services. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 29, 2031. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-26-D-0016).

General Electric Co. , Lynn, Massachusetts, was awarded a $77,780,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for continued engineering and manufacturing development efforts under the Improved Turbine Engine Program. The amount of this action brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $963,769,255. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2029. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $77,780,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-19-C-0003 P00109).

WSP USA Inc., Washington, D.C. (W912HN-26-D-A010); Dewberry Engineers Inc.,  Fairfax, Virginia (W912HN-26-D-A011); AECOM Technical Services Inc. , Los Angeles, California (W912HN-26-D-A012); Kimley-Hanson-Bergmann JV,  West Palm Beach, Florida (W912HN-26-D-A013); and Michael Baker International Inc., Jacksonville, Florida (W912HN-26-D-A015), will compete for each order of the $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for disaster response, emergency repair, and infrastructure stabilization or reconstruction missions across civil works, military, and international and interagency services programs. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2031. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah, Georgia, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corporation,  Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded a $103,900,000 cost-only undefinitized contract action to procure the critical initial efforts for long-lead material procurement, early engineering supports, and test site establishment in support of the Spain F-100 mid-life upgrade program for the Spanish Navy Alvaro de Bazan-class frigates. This contract involves foreign military sales to the Kingdom of Spain. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (90%); Clearwater, Florida (7%); Madrid, Spain (2%); and Owego, New York (1%), and is expected to be completed by June 2027. Foreign Military Sales (Spain) appropriation account funding in the amount of $51,399,999 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with the authority from 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(4) (International Agreement). Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-26-C-5102).

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems,  Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $73,681,472 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-23-C-5325) to exercise options for MK 41 Vertical Launching System modules and ancillary equipment. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (31%); Indianapolis, Indiana (27%); Saginaw, Michigan (7%); Farmingdale, New York (6%); St. Peters, Missouri (3%); San Jose, California (2%); Radford, Virginia (1%); and various other locations (23%), and is expected to be completed by December 2030. Fiscal 2026 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $56,093,952 (76%); and fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $17,587,520 (24%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Dignitas Technologies LLC,  Orlando, Florida, is awarded a $49,500,000 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that provides for the development, procurement, modernization, technical refresh, and sustainment of Navy Surface and Undersea training devices, training systems, and associated courseware and curriculum in support of evolving fleet training requirements and maintaining operational readiness for the Navy. These efforts support Small Business Innovation Research, topic N252-112, titled “Generative Artificial Intelligence for Course and Content Creation and Conversion”. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 2029. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N6134026D1009).

Rockwell Collins Simulation and Training Solutions LLC , Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is awarded a $21,245,490 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of technical refreshes and capability upgrades to existing E-2D Hawkeye training systems, including enhancements to flight trainers, system integration laboratories, Special Projects Advanced Readiness Trainer Afloat/Ashore devices, Joint Simulation Environment integration, distributed mission testing capabilities, virtual maintenance training, instructor/operator training, and associated technical documentation in support of maintaining current training capabilities and fleet readiness for the Navy. Work will be performed in Sterling, Virgina (45%); Norfolk, Virgina (20%); Tampa, Florida (20%); Point Mugu, California (10%); and Iwakuni, Japan (5%), and is expected to be completed by June 2028. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) in the amount of $16,154,457; fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,711,490; and fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $379,543. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N6134026C1001).

The Boeing Co., Heath, Ohio, was awarded a $49,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) controller remanufacture. This contract is to produce production test sets and remanufacture controllers required to sustain the ALCM. Work will be performed in Heath, Ohio; and Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 29, 2033. Fiscal 2026 missile procurement funds in the amount of $2,867,534 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8128-26-D-B002).
