Aeronautical Engineer

Description:
****MUST be a U.S. Citizen****
****MUST have a Bachelor's Degree****
****MUST have an Active Secret Clearance or to have had one within the last 2 years****

Job Description:
1. Flight Test Engineer
2. Provide Flight Test Engineering support for the full spectrum of ADP Flight Test activities from proposal development through post-flight test reporting.
3. Will be required to customize test processes to individual customers and circumstances. Assess prototype aircraft operations for risk and assist in develop appropriate mitigating procedures.
4. During test execution phase, support mission conduct, configuration management, troubleshooting, and asset scheduling.
5. Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
2. Flight Test conduct experience
3. Author of test planning documentation

Desired Skills:
1. Developmental test program experience
2. Presentation experience to company and customer audiences
3. Proposal development experience
