Customer Programs Admin


General Summary:

The Customer Programs Administrator is responsible for administration duties associates with supporting customer services parts and services support. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, invoicing, contract organization, return material authorization and data capture and updating.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer customer contract billing and reminder notices

  • Review payments and invoicing for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and department guidelines

  • Contract document and tracking management

  • Creation and updating contracts in SAP

  • Aircraft usage data collection and updating

  • Monitor Return Material Authorizations and administration duties associated

  • Prepare invoices and debit/credit memos for services

  • Manage NOA agreements on behalf of customer service

  • Interact with other Customer Service personnel to achieve customers, operational and business objectives
  • Attend and administer system and process training as required


Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

  • Associate degree or equivalent years of related work experience is required

  • Minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent writing and verbal skills

  • Ability to multitask, remain organized and flexible

  • Excellent customer service skills focused on ensuring the best customer experience possible as the top priority

  • Microsoft product experience

  • SAP experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts or fuel odors .
  • Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged periods of time with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
  • Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State and Federal regulations, etc.)
  • Read, hear, speak and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties
  • Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
  • Effectively communication in Business English language.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift or move items up to 10 lbs throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of company provided "reach assistance technology" or "movement assist technology" (fork lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers, etc.), as required by job duties.
