Entry Level Mechanical Design Engineer w/Internship experience

Description:
This is a full time, 1 year contract located in York, PA*

We are recruiting for an entry level contract Mechanical Design Engineer who has fundamental knowledge of mechanical design. Candidate will work with our maintenance/maintainability department performing the defining parts of a system can be repaired or replaced, reviewing designs for impact studies of effects on system maintenance, studying parts efficiencies, cost factors, developing procedures, defining and writing up maintenance steps, equipment, tools, times and personnel requirements. Once reviews are complete, candidate will present ideas and reports to customers/management.

Required:
*Internship experience in mechanical designing/drafting using automated 2D or 3D tools
*Good MS Office experience with Word and Excel
*Able to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions or schematics
*Able to apply and gain a clearance after start.
*4 year degree in an Engineering discipline (ME, EE, or similar)

Pluses:
*Completed an internship in engineering that involved mechanical designing.
