Design and Analysis Engineer 5

Description:
Responsibilities:

Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements
Develop hardware, software and interface specifications
Create detailed electronic hardware circuit, system, and/or test equipment designs and drawings.
Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic components, systems ,and/or test equipment
Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry combined with 14 + years of relevant work experience; or an equvialent combination of education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
