PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Quality Inspector in Kirkland WA
The right candidate will work from blueprints, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures to perform a wide range of inspection procedures and determine acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements at various stages of production.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work from drawings, procedures, and specifications utilizing non-complex measuring devices to perform inspection of purchased parts, materials, components, electronic hardware, and equipment as materials are received from vendors.
Inspect in-process and finished production assemblies and subassemblies for conformance to drawings and quality assurance standards.
Assist in determining methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for inspection.
Interpret and apply the requirements of Industry workmanship standards, ES procedures and EPS procedures.
Identify condition or problem and write up Non-Conformances in clear concise way.
Review, validate and correct FAI paperwork from suppliers.
Shipping Inspection duties such as verification of shipping paperwork, part labeling, part count and packaging.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Demonstrates familiarity (typically 1-2 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position - IPC acceptance criteria for electronic assemblies.
Technical Skills
Quality Control Analysis – Ability to conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Familiarity with MS Office products to include the ability to use MS Excel at a beginner level.
Ability to learn a variety of business systems.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check. Applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
