Customer Service/Supply chain

PDS Tech Inc is seeking Customer Service/Supply chain Support in Trumbull, CT


• Manage and execute the repair queue

• Ensure critical parts are being processed to supply chain

• Resolve issues and bottlenecks in the induction queue

• Manage all IM inductions, quoting, shipments, and expedites

• Locate missing components

• NCI management and reporting

• XPO interface

• Manage and coordinate with Customer Service. Support PMRs, weekly and monthly reviews with metrics and updates as needed

Daily activity

• Communicate induction needs to CSR

• Process in SAP once CSR provides info / documents needed.

• Expedite quotes from supplier / repairs team

• Create quote in SAP – send to CSR

• Process approval in SAP once received

• Create delivery / shipment

• Provide updates to CSR for customer communication (spreadsheets)

Weekly Activity

• Intercompany status meeting

• Status with Customer Account Managers
Education / Certifications

• BS or BA degree in a technical or business administration discipline is required.

Experience / Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Supply Chain and Repairs and/or experience in Customer Service/Sales and/or experience in Aerospace industry.

• Demonstrated skills as a team player as well as problem solving.

• Knowledge of SAP preferred

• Excellent computer skills

• Solid customer service skills

• Demonstrated success in working in a matrix environment
