Title: Aeronautical Engineer

**F-35 experience required

This position requires the candidate to use their technical expertise to design, develop and test aircraft structure and mechanisms. The candidate will apply his or her understanding of the technical principles of structural design toward the solution of technical problems. The candidate will utilize CATIA V5 to create 3-D models of aircraft structure and/or mechanical installations, assemblies, and details, participate in trade studies, create performance specifications, statements of work, and interface control documents. Engineering data will be processed thru the F-35 Product Data Manager (PDM) software - Teamcenter.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory:

Experienced with CATIA V5, both 2D and 3D. Experience with F-35 Product Data Manager (PDM). Experience creating and/or modifying drawings, experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
Desired:

--Experience with CATIA V5. --Experience with metallic and composite design and fabrication. --Experience with mechanism design. --Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). --Experience with Product Data Management software. -Experience with Mechanism Design, 3D Kinematics --Excellent writing and communication skills. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 years minimum of professional experience.
