SMT Operator

Description:
1st shift opportunity 6am-2:30pm for a Surface Mount Technician Operator (SMT operator)

Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines, a plus if familiar with Yamaha and Assembleon Opal Machines

Setup and operation of stencil printers, a plus if familiar with Dek Screen Printer

Setup and operation of reflow ovens

Setup and tear down of machine feeders

Ability to read and comprehend process documentation including Routers, Bills of Materials, Assembly drawings, Component identification

Attention to detail is very important

Knowledge of ESD and electronic components is important

Perform routine machine maintenance
