Senior Hardware Engineer (FPGA/PCB)

Description:
Working together with the Director of Hardware Engineering you will be required to interpret an existing complex system and troubleshoot root-cause system-level issues as implemented system functions and interfaces evolve.

This problem-solving candidate will have 8-10 years’ experience with electronic hardware to ramp quickly.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have Digital & Analog (Mixed Signal) Experience
FPGA experience
FPGA Development and Test Methodologies
Read/Write Verilog HDL
PCB Design and Analysis experience
Design and Analysis using Cadence Allegro PCB Designer
Schematic Capture using OrCAD Capture
Circuit Analysis using OrCAD PSpice Designer
Product-level design experience from a systems perspective
Full life cycle from concept to delivery
High level of experience with system level requirements definition
Architectural understanding
Verification and Validation as well bench/lab testing
Knowledge how to read and write Verilog code
Experience in scripting with Python and experience with Perl a plus
Make files and batch files
Other Specific tools:
Aldec: Riviera Pro Advance Verification Platform;
Xilinx: Vivado Design Suite
Lattice: Diamond Software Tool for FPGA Design
