Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is hiring Aerospace Mechanical Systems Engineers in Wichita, Kansas.

Job Duties:

• Research existing technologies related to ABOS
• Develop familiarization with the T-6 On Board Oxygen Generation System (OBOGS)
• Potentially support build of prototypes of systems components for testing; set up and run laboratory simulations
• Create presentations to convey trade study recommendations
• Clearly communicate and coordinate with engineering technical sections, program management, and the T-6 system’s program office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical degree
• Background in Oxygen and/or Environmental Control Systems is desirable
• Working knowledge of FAA and/or Military processes and procedures to support system qualification is beneficial
• Experience in CATIA V5 is beneficial
• Professional and diplomatic demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
