A successful applicant must have excellent electrical, mechanical, and computer skills with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
The candidate must have a proven track record of developing and supporting automation solutions involving mechanisms, electrical/electronic systems, optical assemblies, and pneumatics.
Key competencies include strong mechanical aptitude, results orientation, customer focus, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Familiar with engineering CAD systems and computer interfacing for system set-up, troubleshooting, and debug.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Little creativity is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
