Electronic Packaging Design Engineer

1. Responsible for the design, documentation and production floor support of hardware (missile electronics, missile electrical cabling, airborne support equipment, ground support equipment and test sets).
1. Creo cable routing/design and documentation expertise.
2. Thorough knowledge of airborne cable/harness mil spec design requirements, materials, components, manufacturing techniques, production support, test support, and integration support.
3. High proficiency in understanding electrical Schematics.
4. Expertise in PCB/CCA design.
5. Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment involving continual proactive communication with design engineering peers, IPT Leads, functional managers, Process Engineers, Configuration Management, Production Control personnel, Schedulers and others.

1. Associates Degree required.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. 7+ years of experience.
