C4I and Cybersecurity Engineering Specialist
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Sterling Heights, MI

• Analyze requirements for system, subsystem, and LRU-level electronics in C4I/EW and related systems, with a focus on cybersecurity
• Develop subsystem-level hardware and software functional design and interfaces
• Write system/subsystem specifications for vehicle electronics
• Develop and document verification plans and procedures
• Perform/support integration/verification of C4I/EW subsystems in the laboratory and on combat vehicles
• Analyze, produce, and compile artifacts for Risk Management Framework (RMF) and/or cross-domain approval
• Analyze, produce, and compile artifacts for program protection
• Provide periodic reports to management
• Participate in proposal development and project technical planning

• Required – able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; current clearance preferred
• CISSP desired, preferably with a concentration in ISSEP
• Experience with C4I and Cybersecurity engineering including one or more of the following:
o Designing secure, tactical systems/networks
o DIACAP/RMF preferred
o Ethical hacking, penetration testing, and data fuzzing tools
o Program protection, system security engineering, and critical function analysis
o Systems engineering with military vehicle electronics
o Military radios, intercoms, mission command software, navigation, and electronic warfare
o Radio frequency (RF) and computer/communications networking analysis/design
o Network centric warfare / operations
o Network & RF modeling and simulation (e.g., OPNET Modeler, STK, EMIT, Savant)
o Configuring network switches and routers
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required
• Proficiency with laboratory and test/analysis equipment preferred
• Able to travel (mostly domestic, some international) up to 15%
• Must satisfy Anthropometric Size Restrictions for access to military vehicles and be able to climb on vehicles and pass through hatches
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering required, Master’s desirable; degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity will be considered with relevant engineering experience
• Minimum of at least 10 years’ experience preferred.
