The position duties will include the drafting, interpretation and management of contract documents in support of the Supply Chain organization.
Such specialists will develop, review and approve processes and standard work; support the efforts of Commodity Managers and their teams in establishing contractual requirements; ensure coordination with the customer contract team; and lead the review and negotiation of the legal terms and conditions of the supplier agreements, in coordination with the Contracts and legal Department.
This position requires expertise in drafting, understanding, negotiating, interpreting and summarizing aerospace contractual terms and conditions (military and commercial).
This position also requires excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills and an ability to coordinate with exact input from a diverse, cross functional team.
